Inclusive Family Services offers a wide variety of academic, behavior and social skills tutoring aimed at meeting the needs of all of our clients.
From tutoring to test prep and beyond, we offer services aimed at helping students increase their confidence in learning through personalized and small group instruction.
Our tutoring programs concentrate on providing assistance with homework, organizational skills, college admissions essays, home-school tutoring, test preparation, content mastery, school support, college and high school admissions advising and early childhood education through in-person and online instruction.
K-12 Academic Tutoring
Our tutors are certified teachers who understand how to deliver instruction that best prepares students to master the K-12 Common Core Standards. We offer face to face and online tutors who specialize in teaching and delivering individualized mathematics instruction, English language arts instruction, and tutors who specialize in preparing students to master science, biology, chemistry, and advanced math classes.
K-12 Behavior-Based Tutoring
Our tutors are also professional behavior experts trained in the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis. We offer face to face or online home based ABA services which allows the child to learn in a familiar environment and enables our staff to work closely with your family. Home based settings provide the opportunity to support your child with home safety goals and adaptive skills while incorporating parent training and education.
We also offer remote based services and interventions that are designed to focus on your child’s goals in a way that will help facilitate the generalization of his or her skills in a different setting outside of home. Remote based interventions services also include Applied Behavior Analysis services that we can provide directly to families using videoconferencing technology. These services include parent coaching and behavior management support, functional behavior assessments, functional communication training, social skills training, and when appropriate, behavior technician sessions.
College Tutoring
We offer a variety of coaching and tutoring services for undergraduate students majoring in the following disciplines, education, psychology, English, business, and anthropology. We also offer tutoring for required undergraduates courses in mathematics, English, liberal arts, and a variety of other courses.
Working with Students with Special Needs
We specialize in supporting students with disabilities though academic, behavior and transitional supports. Our tutors specialize in working with children with disabilities that have specific needs in the following academic areas. Mathematics, English language arts, project based learning, science, social studies, history and art.
We also provide tutoring that focuses on improving the pro social behavior of students by teaching social skills, functional communication skills and daily living skills. We provide individuals with disabilities 1:1 tutoring sessions that work across multiple developmental areas, such as communication, socials skills, managing problem behavior and daily living skills.
We also help prepare students with disabilities who are enrolled in high school to write letters of intent to apply for college. To complete enrollment paperwork, properly enroll in courses, and develop a plan to graduate within four years.
